I have finished partial Fiqh reading and I started to realize that all those evidence and the traits could be traced from the holy scriptures, such as Quran, Torah and Gospel, as different consideration of the mental structure towards the divine knowledge when it was first departed from the Holy scripture themselves.
Then I also started to realize that, Fiqh was strongly relied on the principle of interpretation of the divine source by analogy, that is, by fighting on the cause of the allah.
In Hadith, the verses informed that the fighting for the cause of the words of allah is superior than fighting the Cause of the allah. thus much of such devotion could be traced in fiqh as well .
However, I also started to realize that, due to their emphasize on the interpretation, they might have ignore the contrast part of criminal insight of the law, that is, the shadow of the law plays insightful and psychological persecution though words and sentences. The Shadow of the law, is not truth, they did not concern on the righteous interpretation, but longs for precise persecution of the sin through impose the divine power inside of the logic and the terms of use. then by Such condemnation, form the interesting mental games for contrast between ideological defense and persecution in the verification of the truth. It is kind of art of credition, that transit the absolute righteous into persecution with condemnation by terms , leading to guilty and shame in terms of use. by the role of the ideological defense and persecution to find the proof the truth. Then in this setting, the shadow consciousness is allowed , and which has not be grant as truth, but an assistance and force against and induce the truth through dynamic dialogues. In this sight, it persecutes the sin with crime, redeem the soul through the sentence. famous Latin legal maxims, the Fault deserve the Fault.
Therefore, the absolute righteous would not be interrupted by any setting like such, since the fault is for the fault by reversed logic in dialogue based on such interpretations, and its shadow. since all the human reason is not perfect, even if it is positive, it should have fault in Content and syntax departed from its origins. thus we could get that, any forms of the shadow which contrast and against orthodoxy or righteous might induce one of the deepest transition in criminal condemnation and persecution in another way that the court might be appealed to. since the condemnation refers to leading one recognize guilty through mind, persecution stands for price of the sin, It is like on the trail of the scale, from another aspect of Shadow of the law, forming an condemnation regards to the imperfect content of the human reason towards allah. since the court stands for the termination, the persecution slay the guilt, and sentence by terms diminish the fire, the soul redeemed as forgiveness through punishment. Things determined through court with such criminal insight.
