In the ancient world, I realize that generally the world has been divided in to 3 layers, that is, the world of the ‘spirit’ (the ideal), the world of the reason, and the world of the earth (the real).
I can not hardly find that what Plato and Stoic emphasized on the transcendence of the ‘natural spiritual’ world and there revealing demonstrations into the world of ‘reason’,then it might determine the structure of the world, namely ‘law’ in their concept. It might be transcended, pious virtue, purity, power a
sides with the reason as such inspiration into mental and human orders. However, we could find that Plato failed to distinguish the identity of the ultimate creator and those super egos in the spirit of the nature.
Certainly, different ‘super egos’ determines the human understanding their social orders and structures, as well as such imposed value and laws.
We might start to question, what is such world which is out of the legal normacy and the leges conceptio when the supreme spirit of nature overides the law of nature, which might formed a new realization towards polis naturale, based on those philosophized or interpreted reasons on those awareness into science of knowledge in determine more natural political theories, with mediation between reasoning, theology (cultural intelligence), and legal terminations, when the value of the local is strongly differentiated from the main lege conceptio and its fictions in ethical traditions.
What has been proposed by the Epicureans indicated a purely dedication on the world of ‘reason’, regards law is human utility, in order to form a proper rational measurement and conduction by such utility. If original Aristotelian focused on earthly capacity and its collective adoption, here neo-aristotelianism might stands for its gradual shifting with the level of the reasoning, formed a rational need of such ’institution’ to measure all those ‘internal derived’ value from the earth with a collective utility (ration) as civic assistance.
Since here we might notice that, the natural theory might need strong mental facility to demonstration all the natural of spirits into reasoning, which will never make law terminated. Hence we could realize that reasoning is the basic human facility to bring the law consciousness validated in distinguishing the ideal (spirit of the nature) and the real (law of the nature), since law mediated with the inspiration and simple validation from the spiritual nature (law prefers to nature) and the capacity of the nature (law prefers to fact), in to value measuring and reasoning conduct facility.
Therefore, such essential naturalism should be mediated with 2 character of the nature, that is, either spirit or the facts of nature. Then such holistic and simple innovation polis loci might be valid when it is based and tolerated on the main stream leges conceptio.
As all the supernatural concern as ‘real life’,demand the reasoning power in order that law could properly imposing its peaceful protection and validation based on such leges conceptio through theology and cultural intelligence in case of any threat of ‘Idolatry’ due to ambiguous concept and the words in such interpretations.
Hence we could aware that what those ‘natural egos’ impact is another prescription of the value in transition, shifted it strongly into the recognition of virtue and source of the order (external universal reasoning) (higher nature) outside of the human demand as capacity (internal practical reasoning). (lower nature)
