Personal observation 'alif' in Arabic, driven in 3 ideology with their diversification, they are pronunciation of 'a' itself, then 'yee' and 'waw', which was inspired by Hebrew letter constructional awareness, thought that 'yee' and 'waw' are the components of the 'alif'. Then we could figure that hardly the word itself could be pronunciation as 'a' all the time , the reason might due to 2:
1. The Solar consciousness of the letter should be stronger than the lunar letter, until the end of the day (they shines together), this might leads to the weak 'alif' consciousness as lunar letter.
2. the alif might be hardly presented as the consciousness of the unification through Aramaic consciousness inside the verses, so it might be distinguished as the consciousness of 'yee' and 'waw' with the sound adoption, which might indicate the attributes and the intermediate of those attributes (night, day, earth and ocean, heaven (sky, expansion)). I suppose much of the case if the 'alif' cease to be pronounciated, it might indicated the consciousness of the waw (connection, intermediate), or when it sounded as 'yee', it might stands for 2 dimensions of 'alif': I. the secret that is beyond the attributes II. the components of the attributes this did not includes sound adoption.
alif is strong in verification since, it is original chest sound lunar letter, when it adopted another sound, it transfer itself as tongue sound lunar letter (yee), or the lips sound lunar letter (waw) If we wish to ground conspicuousness of 'alif' from linguistic affection to legal consciousness, it would be submitted to the legend: 'Aleph is the subject of a Midrash that praises its humility in not demanding to start the Bible',
any one got any idea towards alif and Islamic correlated legal consciousness? struggle to find it...
might be from the word, arabic 'litigant' 'الخصوم' , by this words, I assume that the alif is the consciousness of the 'waw'
Then what is the difference between متقاضي and الخصوم ?
