Discuss towards 'Intention' and its justification between Muslim and non-Muslim society


In the roman and and Egyptian legal tradition, usually the action could be against in its validation for the judgment. speaking would cease to be validated trough the sounded interpretation and meaning than the 'absurd'.

The oath is something that is associated with the speaking, the nullify will bring the judgment and punishment in ancient Egypt.

Towards the concept of the intention, much of the concern laid in the criminology of the murder in Egyptian law and roman law, much of the differentiation needs to be verified between intentional murder with violence or the poisoning though intoxication.

The terms have been testified by the consciousness of the offender or the defenders. which could lead to one of the manner of the innovation.

In those legal conditions, hence the acts laid verily strong testament of the will. While in opposite some customary acts strongly manifest the principle of attitude of the concept of the permissive guidance, hence the individual will be testified for its validation through the acts which are not the manner of the permissive observation, since internal dialogue between the reality and persuasion conduct was bind with the individual reasoning by such weighting (thus the external judgement turn out to be the integration of one's strategy outcome between the divine permissive conduct and current social principle, by such structure, the will could not be directly reflected as the ancient say, but a 'filted will', which reflected on a collective will (collective divine permissive conduct) binding with archetype of such wish (individual libido without form). Thus, there established a new stage, for self decisive manner from those ethical or religious permissive principle into their own reality and social affairs. 

Hence one decided to do the acts when his will go through the different level of the permissive conduct with recognition towards his own condition decision-making into special actuality at each moment.

which means the act could not simply reflect one's original intention in Muslim society. Since the intention has all being conducted by the permissive 'hadith' in to self decision -choice making process as a filter 'intention'.

Then the matter might be one's intention effectively or efficient imposed to the external logical environment with specified behavior. 

the bad efficiency might indicate a bad decision-making, while the bad affection or deficiency might be due to the bad conformity.

Then we could find that the judgment was always lied on such conformity when the deficiency occurred. but the bad effection stand for the bad strategy for those guidance in their decision-making from those permissive manner in real life, namely the ambiguous recognition of such internal priority in conduct .
