Some reflection regards to divine law approach between Judaism and Islam


Since from the ancient point view, there is bestow wings for one who bestow on allah and allah bestow back, one can not approach to allah directly, except from the prophet, such as prophet Jesus, and prophet Mohammed, who is the body of such bestow, this is the concept from Hebrew.

In Hebrew, since they have metaphysics, structurally return through letter and knowledge which binds the law giving to them,so structurally they understand such bestow.

The problem of the old is that if their law has been forbidden to act, such as in the ancient time, such power of return cease or strongly decreased. hence it emphasized on the spiritual movement of the Christ, which enable the spirit from before even without law.

The after Christ coming, much more innovation in legal section of the intelligence for return has been generated, which strongly ceased the priesthood of the Judaism.

However, still small portion of people still carry the ancient tradition, and did not merge with social rule like the new-yorker. even the transitional Jewish people would not eat with new innovated jews since the they pray towards slaughter is different.

however, there is no clear differentiation who is right and who is wrong, since the virtue is in the law not anymore in priest hood, since prophesy of gospel indicate the disband of the old with time.

hence what is the meaning for the tradition to be carried in Judaism?

since in Latin roman consciousness, its leges maxims clearly indicate, without principle, or the exception and accessory invalid.

although it is not a main stream, still it might exist as small reason that only god knows.

what matters is who support the spirit of innovation (christ) and who support the derivation validation (tradition).

Islam in this case turn out to be different, hence the part of Jewish law transfer into Islamic law insight, hence both party shared the consciousness the law validates will, miracle and the purity, however, Muslim's law is much structural manifestation and routine on such will, but Jews will is beyond the basic law, hence base the safety of law to chase the spiritual symbolism after the priesthood going down. hence more interpretation of the scholars devoted the reasons and the law under the de-preisthood society.

However, Islam law is stronger in society than Jews, hence, priesthood-social consciousness still which is strong, also it indicates the different validation in legal judgment, since the the prayer is basic validation and judgment of the righteous in Islam; but towards the Jews, it is knowledge and language, as well as curse removing.

since one is contained in the law, the innovation of the ideas are always parallel with law in Islam, but the in jews, after christ coming, the innovation is beyond the law, since the knowledge would reveal the shift of the validation through consciousness , but in Islam it indicates the shift of the conduct.
