In my point of view, I held the criminology is as either rational disobedience as well as the custom unconscious disagreeing. Hence the crime in my view could be driven by the soul level, with deliberately transgression towards the norms & rational morality or with criminal behaviors through characters reflected custom morality.
Hence in my opinion, the depth of criminal activity is the reflection towards ones apparent action by direct or indirectly against the reign.
Hence towards the criminology, It might be reflected on2 different drive according to the types of the moralities:
1. custom morality: the soul is always considered to be driven by the characters it afflicted with, it might indicate the unconscious level of the culture, life style custom, which would be associated with theology, demonology and religions.
2. towards rational morality, it might be associated with either forceful or contractual quality of the reign and its impose of the power. It could be derived into further 2 derivations.
